These terms govern your use of the website operated by VIP Logistic Travel and Events ("VLTE"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
Transportation requests
Submitting the request form is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A VLTE concierge will contact you to confirm availability, itinerary, vehicle, and pricing before your transportation is finalized. No agreement to provide service is created solely by submitting the form.
Pricing
Pricing is quoted based on your itinerary, vehicle selection, timing, and any special requirements. This website does not accept payment and does not store credit-card information. Rates, fees, and any deposit or cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before service.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are agreed in writing at the time your reservation is confirmed and vary based on service type (executive, airport, event, corporate). Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Client conduct
VLTE reserves the right to decline or terminate service where required by law, safety, or the well-being of chauffeurs and other passengers. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by a passenger may be invoiced at cost.
Airport transfers
Airport transfers include reasonable flight monitoring and a standard grace period on arrival. Extended waiting time, missed flights, or itinerary changes may adjust the final quoted rate.
Third-party services
The website uses Cloudflare (hosting and human verification) and Resend (email delivery). Their processing of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Website content
All content on this site — including copy, layout, imagery, and marks — is provided for informational purposes. Photography of vehicles may be representative. Specific vehicle assignments are confirmed at booking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VLTE's liability arising from use of this website is limited to the fees paid for the specific transportation service to which the claim relates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
