VIP Logistic Travel and Events ("VLTE", "we", "us") provides luxury chauffeur, corporate logistics, and event transportation. This policy describes what information we collect from users of this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Transportation request details that you submit through the request form — name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, service type, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger count, luggage, flight number, event or company name, accessibility or child-seat requirements, and any special requests you choose to include.
  • Contact records — email, phone, and message content you send us directly.
  • Technical information that your browser sends automatically — IP address, approximate country from Cloudflare's geolocation, browser user-agent, and request timestamps. This is used to prevent abuse and to secure the site.
  • Human-verification signals from Cloudflare Turnstile on the request form. Turnstile does not use cookies for tracking purposes.

What we do not collect

  • Payment card information. The website does not accept or store credit or debit card details. Pricing and payment are arranged directly with the concierge after your itinerary is confirmed.
  • Precise location data from your device.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your transportation request, coordinate your itinerary, and communicate with you before, during, and after service.
  • To maintain records of past requests so we can serve you faster next time.
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the request form (rate limiting, spam prevention).
  • To improve the operation and security of the site.

Third parties we rely on

  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides Turnstile human-verification. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata for security purposes.
  • Resend — delivers our transactional emails (confirmation to you, notification to our concierge). Email addresses and message content are processed by Resend to deliver mail.
  • We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep information

Transportation request records are retained for as long as necessary to service the request and for reasonable business, tax, and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your choices

  • You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can request correction or deletion of that information.
  • You can ask us not to contact you further.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies to detect malicious traffic; these are not used for advertising or analytics.
